We welcome bookings from all youth organisations and schools.

External companies may also use the site; however, this must be discussed with our Bookings Team in advance. Due to our safeguarding requirements, external bookings will usually need to be for exclusive use of the whole site.

1. Payment Terms
– The balance must be paid in full no later than four weeks before the event start date.
– Failure to pay the balance within the specified timeframe will result in the booking being cancelled without any refund.

2. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made less than four weeks before the event start date will result in the loss of the full payment.

3. Changes to Bookings
– Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing or via the booking system and are subject to availability and approval by Northampton District Scout Council.
– Additional charges may apply for changes to the booking.

4. Liability
– The Northampton District Scout Council is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the event.
– Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and safety.

5. Force Majeure
– The Northampton District Scout Council is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

6. Governing Law
– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
